REO Account Executive - Distressed Real Estate Jobs

Business is Booming! A Real Estate Investment Company who is affiliated with a large investment firm in New York is seeking an individual to fill our REO (bank owned) Product Purchasing Account Executive Position.

You will need telephone sales experience or existing relationships or experience with mortgage bankers, warehouse facility providers, lenders, hard money lenders, credit unions, small banks, mortgage backed securities traders and/or collection or insurance agencies.

The candidate will be talking with CFO’s, mortgage-backed security traders, secondary market sales and asset portfolio managers and will need to have a very professional demeanor and phone voice.

Objective of the Sales Executive is build rapport with the clients of these institutions and request a tape (asset pool) for our firm to negotiate a bid to purchase the pool of assets. Follow up skills are extremely important as well as negotiation skills.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
