We are direct with a large real estate New York City based investment fund (the buyer) who is looking to make principal bid investments in single family residence (SFR) product as well as commercial product. We are also associated with other hedge funds that provide a wide range of product opportunities.

We buy both REO assets as well as non-performing and performing notes. We will bid on a single asset or bulk pools, either an all-in or an asset level bid. Our indicative bids will be based on an analysis of the value fades in the area as well as other proprietary analyses to determine competitive pricing.

We are prepared to provide our proof of funds and sign the customary CA (confidentiality agreements) to procure an indicative bid on your pool of assets after receiving a complete tape.

Our analysists need a complete tape before they can decide if we are going to bid on a pool of assets. Here are sample blank tapes with the informatin we need in order to place an indicitive bid. Incomplete tapes will not be bid on.

All Tapes must be submitted with the submission form and all of the information on that form must be completed, especially the pricing expectations.
